I take what I call an holistic approach to mentoring. 
I don’t stand on the sidelines - I roll up my sleeves and get stuck in. I work alongside chefs and managers, breaking down barriers and bringing teams together to function as one. The best way to support a business is to become part of it, and by taking this approach, I’ve seen incredible results. Let’s inspire, train, and motivate your kitchen and front-of-house teams to work together, raising service standards and driving your business to new heights. I work closely with department heads, giving them lasting strategies and teaching them how to lead with passion. But leadership and motivation aren’t a one-time fix—they need ongoing support. 

That’s why I offer a maintenance service, keeping ideas fresh and ensuring progress stays on track. After all, motivation is perishable! This approach allows me to inspire more people, making a real impact where it matters. And when working with my overseas clients, I don’t just coach I learn. Different cultures, new food styles, fresh perspectives.
